About Trip Made Easy

Trip Made Easy is a small trip planner built for people who plan on the go. You tell it where you're going, and it does the checking nobody has time for on the road: is this place actually open the day you'll be there, how long is the drive between stops, did you pack too much into one day, and what is worth a short detour while you're in the area.

What it does

• Build a trip from a destination, a search, a pasted Google Maps link, or by tapping places on the map.
• Each stop shows opening hours matched to your trip date, entry price level, Google rating, and the most recent reviews.
• Drive times between stops include live traffic, and the app warns you when a day adds up to more than about ten hours.
• Every day suggests highly rated places nearby that aren't already in your plan.
• Each place comes with recent YouTube videos, split into quick Shorts and longer takes, so you can see it before you go.

Where your trips live

There are no accounts. Your trips are stored in your own browser's local storage and never leave your device, except that place names and coordinates are sent to Google (through our proxy) to fetch hours, reviews, routes and videos. Clearing your browser data deletes your trips, so use the export option in Trip settings if you want a backup.
